At a packed Gorleston Rotary meeting, President Elect Sunder Gopaul and President John Shrimpton presented Hugh Wiltshire with his Paul Harris Fellowship award.
Vice President Elect Spencer Green also gave a heartfelt tribute to Hugh.
Karolina Reu, winner of this years Gorleston Makes Music entertained us with her beautiful rendition of popular songs.
David Johnson

President John Shrimpton presented Club Member David Johnson with the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellowship Award in appreciation of his services to the Club and to Rotary worldwide.
Preceding the award Vice President Elect Spencer Green reminded members that David a retired Police Sergeant in the local force had joined the Club in 1989 since which time he had been President of our Club twice and had been and still is much involved on the Community Service Committee which he has chaired for several years. Projects under their control have included the Lower Marine Parade Wishing Well and in organising collections boroughwide for local charities. David is always one of the first to come forward to assist other members and Committees in any way they may require.
Accepting the Award David expressed his surprise at being nominated but was truly grateful for the honour which he promised always to treasure from a Club with so many of his friends.
